To pay for shopping and a restocking fee is a bit much. I think charging to return/shipping is better.

Excessive Fee

Fee was to much because I only wanted to exchange the item. the corrected item that was sent cost me an additional $20.00.

I love the sweater! I didn't like being charged 10.00 restocking as a result of sending this item back for a smaller size, had it been indicated that this item runs BIG I would have purchased a small initially.

I purchased this sweater at a discount price however, being charged the restocking fee almost put the sweater at the regular price point.

Thank you for your most recent order. Our restocking fee covers the roundtrip shipping of your return. The average costs to ship an item is $8.55 via USPS one way. We only charge you $5.00 each way which is a discount in comparison to if you shipped it on your own. As a small business we are not able to offer free shipping on exchanges.
